Will I receive a confirmation email after checkout?

Yes! Once you checkout, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with your order number and a summary of your order.

 
 
When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number within 48-72 hours from the date you placed your order. The tracking number will be sent to the email provided when your order was placed.


 

How long does delivery typically take?
​

Delivery typically takes about 7-10 business days after you have received your tracking number. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. For custom wig orders, delivery takes 2 - 3 weeks from the time your order is placed. You will be notified via email when your unit is completed.

I've tried to track my order and there is still no movement update.. why is that?
​

Your order is on the way!! It could take up to 48 hours for the USPS tracking system to update your order status.

Who will be delivering my package?

Packages will be delivered via USPS.

How does returns/exchanges work?

No refunds/exchanges will be given on any purchases. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me. If there are issues with your order, please contact me within 7 business days.
